Bingin Beach is often considered one of Bali's most beautiful beaches, featuring pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and excellent surf breaks. Located on the Bukit Peninsula, this beach offers a more relaxed and less crowded alternative to some of Uluwatu's other famous spots.
The beach is renowned for its consistent surf breaks that work well for intermediate to advanced surfers. The waves break over a coral reef, creating both left and right-hand breaks that attract surfers from around the world. When the surf is smaller, the calm, clear water is perfect for swimming and the white sand beach is ideal for relaxation.
Bingin has maintained its laid-back, bohemian atmosphere with simple warungs (local restaurants) serving fresh seafood and cold drinks right on the beach. The beach is accessed via a steep path down the cliff, but the journey is rewarded with one of Bali's most picturesque coastal settings. The surrounding cliffs provide natural shade and create an intimate beach environment.
